1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of voidstudio.se and any purchases made through it. The site is operated by VOID STUDIO, Fagerfjäll 94, Sweden.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on voidstudio.se. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, materials, and sizing. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display perfectly represents the actual product. Minor variations do not constitute a defect.

3.2 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed an order, we'll notify you and offer a full refund.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in SEK or EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders & Contract

4.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll send an order confirmation email, this confirms we've received your order, not that we've accepted it.

4.2 Acceptance

Your order is accepted (and a contract formed) when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

4.3 Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept payment via Klarna and WooPayments (Stripe). By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel your order and recover any goods already dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

6.2 Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6.3 Risk of Loss

Risk passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your order.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. To exercise this right, notify us at support@voidstudio.se within 14 days of delivery.

7.2 Conditions for Return

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

7.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.

7.4 Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at support@voidstudio.se within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Your statutory rights under Swedish and EU consumer law are not affected by these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on voidstudio.se, including the VOID STUDIO name, logo, product photography, graphics, and written content, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Interfere with the site's functionality or security

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOID STUDIO is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Losses arising from events outside our control (force majeure)

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your most recent order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

13. Changes to These Terms
