WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM.

VOID STUDIO is the brand name used for this online store. The legal seller responsible for purchases made through voidstudio.se is:

WHO CAN ORDER.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

These terms are written for purchases made by consumers for private use. Separate terms may apply to business purchases.

PRODUCTS.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to describe products, materials, colours, measurements and other characteristics as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen and device settings.

INDIVIDUALLY MADE

VOID STUDIO prints are prepared, positioned and heat-pressed individually. Small natural variations in print placement can occur from one garment to another and are part of the production method.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

AVAILABILITY

Products and sizes are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item you have ordered, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item without undue delay.

PRICES & PAYMENT.

The price shown for a product at the time you place your order applies to that order. The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before you submit the order.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card payment, Klarna and supported express-payment methods. Payment services are provided by the relevant payment provider under its own applicable terms.

VOID STUDIO does not store your complete payment-card details.

PLACING AN ORDER.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for checking the products, sizes, quantities, delivery details and contact information shown at checkout.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A purchase agreement is formed when we confirm your order, subject to mandatory consumer law.

We may contact you or cancel an order where we are genuinely unable to supply the product, where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unauthorised payment. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount due will be refunded.

We do not reserve a general right to cancel confirmed consumer orders without a legitimate reason.

PROCESSING.

Standard VOID STUDIO products are prepared after the order is placed. The normal processing time is 1–3 business days.

During new releases, sales, public holidays or unusually busy periods, processing may take up to 2 additional business days.

DELIVERY & RISK.

Estimated delivery times are shown in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and may also be communicated during checkout or in order communications.

If delivery is delayed, your rights are determined by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory right you may have because of late or failed delivery.

VOID STUDIO remains responsible for the goods during transport until they are delivered to you, except where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the parcel has entered the carrier network.

CANCELLING BEFORE DELIVERY.

If you want to cancel an order before it has been delivered, contact us as soon as possible at support@voidstudio.se.

Any statutory right to cancel an undelivered purchase is not limited by these terms. Where the law permits a seller to claim reasonable costs caused by a cancellation, such a claim will only be made to the extent legally justified.

RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL.

Consumers purchasing at a distance normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. VOID STUDIO also offers a voluntary 30-day return window on eligible standard products.

Our standard catalogue products are not treated as personalised products merely because the print is prepared and pressed individually after the order is placed.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS.

A complaint about a faulty product is separate from a change-of-mind return.

Under Swedish consumer law, consumers can complain about an original defect in goods for up to 3 years from purchase. If you discover a problem, contact us within a reasonable time after noticing it.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation of the purchase and/or compensation for reasonable losses caused by the defect.

Contact support@voidstudio.se with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us assess visible faults or transport damage.

WEBSITE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

The VOID STUDIO name, branding, original graphics, product photography, written content and other original material on voidstudio.se may be protected by intellectual property rights.

You may use the website for normal personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission where such use would infringe our or another rights-holder's rights.

You must not intentionally interfere with the security or normal operation of the website or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

LIABILITY.

VOID STUDIO is responsible for its obligations to consumers to the extent required by applicable law.

We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would conflict with mandatory consumer-protection rules. In particular, these terms do not remove rights to remedies or compensation that you may have because of a faulty product, delayed delivery or another breach of contract.

Events outside our reasonable control may affect production, transport or website availability. If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to limit the impact and keep you informed. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

LAW & DISPUTES.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.

If a problem arises, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.

If an eligible consumer dispute cannot be resolved, you may be able to submit the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is no longer available.
