1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Sweden
  • Norway
  • Finland
  • Denmark
  • Germany

We do not ship to destinations outside of these countries at this time. If your country is not listed, check back, we plan to expand in the future.

2. Processing Times

Orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) CET on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

During high-demand periods such as new drops or sales, processing may take up to 1–2 additional business days. We'll always keep you informed via email.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Sweden: 2–4 business days
  • Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for late deliveries.

5. Carriers

We ship with PostNord and DHL. The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to track your order directly on the carrier's website:

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@voidstudio.se. We'll do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@voidstudio.se and we will investigate with the carrier. Please retain all packaging in case it is needed for a claim.

9. Customs & Duties (Norway)

Norway is outside the EU. Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
