30 DAYS TO DECIDE.

VOID STUDIO offers a voluntary return window of 30 days from the day you receive your order. This gives you more time than the statutory withdrawal period that normally applies to distance purchases.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy is in addition to, and does not reduce, any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, you normally have 14 days to tell us that you want to withdraw from a distance purchase. For goods, the withdrawal period normally begins the day after you receive the item.

You do not need to give a reason. You can notify us through the online withdrawal form on this page or by emailing support@voidstudio.se.

After notifying us of a statutory withdrawal, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice.

HOW TO RETURN.

   Use the online withdrawal form below or email support@voidstudio.se. Include your order number and tell us which item(s) you are returning.

   PACK THE ITEM

   Pack the garment securely. Where possible, reuse the original packaging.

   SEND IT BACK

   We will provide the return address and practical return information. You may choose a suitable carrier and return method unless we have agreed another solution with you.

Contacting us first helps us identify your return quickly, but prior approval is not a condition for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

RETURN CONDITION.

DURING THE STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

You may handle and try on a garment to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, similar to what you could do in a physical store.

If an item has been handled more than necessary and this causes a reduction in value, we may make a proportionate deduction where permitted by law.

VOLUNTARY RETURNS AFTER THE STATUTORY PERIOD

For returns made under VOID STUDIO's voluntary 30-day policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the item must be unworn, unwashed, free from odours, stains and customer-caused damage, and returned with original tags where applicable.

RETURN SHIPPING.

For a change-of-mind return or statutory withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to cover that cost.

VOID STUDIO does not charge a separate handling or processing fee simply because you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.

If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or the return is otherwise required because of an error on our side, VOID STUDIO will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

SIZE EXCHANGES.

Need another size? Contact us within the 30-day return window. We may arrange a direct size exchange where stock is available.

If the requested size is unavailable, you can return the item under this policy and place a new order when the size becomes available.

A voluntary exchange is subject to availability. Any shipping cost connected with a voluntary exchange will be confirmed before the exchange is agreed.

REFUNDS.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

For a statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse the amount due without undue delay and within the time required by law. For goods, we may wait until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back.

If you withdraw from the entire order under your statutory withdrawal right, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option that you paid for. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option chosen by you does not have to be refunded.

For a voluntary return made after the statutory withdrawal period but within our 30-day return window, the original outbound delivery charge is not refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Once we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may need additional time before the money appears in your account.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS.

A return because you changed your mind is different from a complaint about a faulty product.

If your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact support@voidstudio.se as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where they help show the problem.

Under Swedish consumer law, a consumer can complain about an original defect in a product for up to 3 years from purchase. Mandatory rights in the country applicable to your purchase may also apply.

Where the complaint is valid, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances. You will not be charged return shipping for a valid complaint.

EXCEPTIONS.

Mandatory consumer rights always apply where the law requires them. However, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised for you.

This exception does not automatically apply to standard VOID STUDIO designs merely because the print is positioned and pressed individually after your order.

Our additional voluntary 30-day return policy may exclude items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

IF WE CANNOT AGREE.

Please contact VOID STUDIO first so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue with you.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved, eligible consumers may be able to submit the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is no longer available.
