Refund & Returns Policy, VOID STUDIO

1. Overview
We want you to love your VOID STUDIO order. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)
As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. We extend this to 30 days as a courtesy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@voidstudio.se before the 30-day period expires.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
We do not accept unsolicited returns. Please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at support@voidstudio.se within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item(s) back only after receiving confirmation from us.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from odours, stains, or damage caused by the customer
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A handling and processing fee of 79 SEK will be deducted from your refund to cover return logistics.
6. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on eligible items. To request an exchange:
- Contact us at support@voidstudio.se within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Let us know your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the size you need.
- We will confirm availability and provide return instructions.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a full refund instead.
The 79 SEK handling fee applies to exchanges as well, unless the exchange is due to a fault on our part.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- A handling and processing fee of 79 SEK will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part
- Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@voidstudio.se within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the fault or incorrect item
In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. The 79 SEK handling fee does not apply to faulty or incorrect items.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without prior approval from our customer service team
10. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Swedish and EU consumer protection law. If you have a complaint that we cannot resolve, you may contact:
